people commit crime for selfish reasons. discuss.

Nowadays, the news about the people commit crime is a hot issues from any sources. Crime can be defined as an act or behavior that is not tolerated by society, and as such is prohibited by the law. the examples of crimes is vandalism and stealing. I always wonder why do people commit crimes? most of the people commit crimes due to their selfish reasons. Or are there any other reason ?

One of the reasons why people get involved in crimes is lack of parental guidance. As we know, parents today mostly spend their time towards the work. they have neither time nor energy to care for their children . Some of them give their responsibility to their maid to keep an eyes on their children. Based on this situation, children feel unloved, neglected and abandoned. they can't voice out their problem to their parents.So, they may want to seek solace in their friends. Some of them even mix with juvenile delinquents and get themselves in trouble with the law.

Besides that, the people get involved in crimes because of the greedy. Humans are never satisfied with what they have and always want more. When human nature is overcome by desire and need for self- gratification, the negative side of human beings will emerge. they start stealing or robbery the other things although at any situation without think deeply about others. Where one is concerned only about one's own benefits without regarding others ? That is going to seem natural to them and they exactly do not think about the consequences that might be guide them like in the hot of water with the law.

Apart from that, people commit crime for their sexual desire. It is also known as the crime of passion. Usually, it is happen to a child that grows up from unhappy family which is their parents also get involved in crimes. It is not going to be suprising if they fall into that lifestyle and that is going to seem normal to them. The voilence surrounding from their family background make them commit crimes for their passion in their daily life especially for teenagers. Some of them commit crimes for their sexual desire most probably because of their desperation in life. they want something that can ever get it. So, they take the wrong solution by commit crimes for their selfish reasons like stealing, forgery, and even embezzlement to satisfy their desire.

As the conclusion, we should not assume that people commit crimes solely for selfish reasons. We should focus on the fact that there is a real threat to the safety of innocent people. It is about time and authorities seek an effective solution to end crime altogether.
